Hello! First, this is not my Wismec Reuleaux RX75 kit review. I have not tried this device yet! It is on our list but I have yet to order one and test it out. But of course this is Expert Vaping and it is consumer reviews that are at the heart of what we do. We have forms to fill out e-cig consumer reviews for the leading American vape companies and we are in the process of site re-design that will enable consumers to share their personal reviews of imported vape products.
We have been conducting thorough reviews of imported devices including Wismec products designed by JayBo. For example we did a full review of the Wismec Theorem RTA a while back. So while a Wismec Reuleaux RX75 kit review is on our list, we received an email from one of our readers who submitted her own review of this particular device. We reached out to her to make sure she was for real and it all checked out. Becky owns and vapes a Reuleaux RX75 on a daily basis and of course we felt it encumbent upon our mission to share her review.
By the way, if you would like to share your review of an imported vape product, by all means contact us about your personal e-cig review! We will confirm it and share your review with our readers. We ask that you talk about what attracted you to the device, what you got with it, and how it worked for you. That’s it! Include as much detail as you wish.
Reuleaux RX75 Mod Kit With Armor Tank
Before we get to the Reuleaux RX75 review that was submitted to us, we will briefly cover what you get with the kit and the price. You can get an authentic Reuleaux RX75 kit with free delivery from Direct Vapor for $54.95. On top of that, it comes with a lot. Here’s what you get:
- 1 Reuleaux RX75 75 Watt TC Vape Mod
- 1 Amor Mini Tank With 2ml E-juice Capacity
- Clear OLED Cover
- 2 Amore Tank Atomizers
- One pair of Drip Tips
- 2 Pin Screws
- 1 USB Charger Cable
- 1 RX75 Kit User Manual
So you get a lot with this kit! The OLED cover is a piece that flips open to expose the screen and buttons. On the opposite side of the OLED cover you have a firing bar. The firing bar, very similar to Smok mods like the HPriv or the the Smok X Cube Ultra vape mod. The difference is that the cover piece conceals the up and down buttons so there are basically no visible buttons with the exception of a safety switch located on the top of the device.
All in all it does offer a unique look with a lowered platform for the 510 connection to reduce the profile of the Amor vape tank, or whichever vape tank you may like to use. It works with 22 mm vape tanks and if you want an upgrade over the Amor tank take a look at our Aspire Cleito review, one of the best 22mm vape tanks and sells for under $25.
The Wismec Reuleaux RX75 mod itself should be a reliable performer. Wismec vape mods have proven themselves to be excellent performers.
Becky’s Wismec Reuleaux RX75 Kit Review
I’ve been using my South Beach Smoke Thunder for at least a year and a half and love it and I still love it. Some friends of mine who vape had some real fancy mods were always telling me that I should try subohm vaping or temperature control vaping. Their vapes made more vapor than my Thunder did but I was perfectly content. What changed my mind was seeing the Wismec Reuleaux RX75. I admit at first I didn’t know anything about it except for I liked what it looked like! It is not very expensive so I bought one.
The look is totally cool. There are four different color styles you can get. The tank kind of sits down low and it is just different than the usual mods I see around. There are no buttons that you can see so it is very stealthy, like me;)
The biggest adjustment for me was doing the mouth to lung vaping to direct lung. At first I didn’t like it, I didn’t get the same throat hit, but after a bit you realize that it is still a very satisfying way to vape. With the higher VG eliquid the vapor is smoother. I also had to get used to the bigger drip tip because it is wider than the tip on my Thunder tank. Of course it is supposed to be that way when you vape direct lung style and honestly I was used to it totally within an hour of trying it out.
Learning To Use My RX75
Then I settled into vaping the RX75 with 0.2 ohm coils at 50 to 60 watts. These are the types of coils that come with the kit. When I bought extra coils for the Amor tank the only ones you can get are the 0.2 ohm Kanthal. That’s how I usually use it and I love it. For me, I think the Reuleaux RX75 kit is one of the best for looks, easy to use and ideal for people like me just getting into subohm vapor or even into temperature control vaping.
I never did try the RX75 with any temperature control coils but I did lend it to one of my friends who vapes with a Uwell Crown tank, sorry not sure which one, and he used temperature control with my RX75 mod. He said that the temperature control on my mod worked awesome with his tank. So maybe I will have to get a tank that will let me do temperature control but I’m going one step at a time!
I have never had any problems. It works very well and the battery life is very good especially when I keep it to vaping at 50 watts. That was plenty enough vapor for me! Sometimes I do like to go higher but then I get less battery life and go through e-liquid faster. It’s your call how you want to vape.
One of the best things that was maybe on of my most favorite functions was the lock button that you could easily much at the top of the mod. The reason I liked it is that when I would put it in may purse I could push the button and know that it wouldn’t accidentally go off in my purse!
Great For People New To Advanced Vaping
The main reason I wanted to share my Wismec Reuleaux RX75 review with Expert Vaping was because I was thinking if there are other people like me looking for a mod that makes more vapor then the RX75 is a great choice. I was just so impressed how easily I transitioned to a more advanced type of vaping with this mod and tank kit. I am totally elated and thrilled with my choice!
The main pros for me were the ease of use, the hidden buttons and the safety button. I liked how easy the tank is to use, too. The airflow control is very good because you can make your draw either stiff or airy, whatever you want! I never had any leaks or anything like that. Hope this helps somebody else decide if this is the mod that will help them find out how enjoyable sub ohm vaping can be! I am looking forward to getting another tank that will work with temperature control coils so I can try that too! That’s another reason that I like the RX75 is that it can do so much. It is just perfect for vapers like me!
